Since earning her Bachelor's degree in Audio Production, Tara "CaribGem" Lewis has carved a prominent niche in the indie media landscape. As the founding Program Director of W.O.W Radio since 2008, CaribGem has collaborated with indie artists globally. Her career in indie media began in 2007 as a programmer and host on Can We Talk! Radio, where she honed her skills in journalism, audio engineering, and social media.

In 2015, CaribGem expanded her influence by partnering with OG Media Productions to create Community Connextionz, a venture that offered multimedia services to community-based organizations. Drawing on her extensive multimedia expertise, she founded CGemSpeaks, LLC in 2018. This company supports entrepreneurs and small businesses in multimedia, branding, social media, and podcasting.

Her latest endeavor, launched in December 2022, is iOrganize ME! — a goal program designed to enhance self-accountability and aid entrepreneurs and businesses in achieving their objectives.
