Today I'm celebrating reaching 100 days in my selfcare journey.
During this time I have:
Increased my water intake
Started & maintained my fitness routine
Increased my social activities
Launched my 2nd selfcare challenge
Booked as guest speaker a a yoga workshop
How do I do it?
I literally focus on 1 day at a time & stay consistent.
Instead of thinking about the next day or next week,
I stay in the day.
I track my progress by using the:
Notes app on my iPhone &
Fitness app on my Apple Watch
(This month I'll be starting up my audio journal!)
I also give myself grace & flexibility.
I don't beat myself up if I miss a day of my goal.
I just make up for it the next day.
I have become my biggest cheerleader!
